Linking Policy

Search-Forum.com will NOT link to any website that contains:

1. Political propaganda,
2. Racist, sexist, adult (we allow) but NO PORNOGRAPGIC links, homophobic or other discriminatory content,
3. Illegal material (including, but not limited to, material that contravenes copyright law - e.g. illegal Mp3s, Warez, Serials etc),
4. Spyware or adware, or
5. Slanderous/defamatory content.

This is not an exhaustive list. Search-Forum reserves the exclusive right to determine which websites it will link to. However, Search-Forum will only reject or delete a listing where the content of the subject website is deemed, in the opinion of our editors, to be offensive, not in the global public interest, or generally in bad taste.

Search-Forum will also not link to sites that:

1. Are still currently under construction,
2. Are plain article resource
3. Do not serve the interests of a significant group of people,
4. Have poor/ amateur layout or design,
5. Have broken links,
6. Contain a large number of advertisements, and
7. Use pop-ups, pop-unders or any other obtrusive advertising.

Personal homepages or blogs will only be accepted in rare cases.

Choose The Correct Category

If you are a website developer, submitting to the general Website category is not going to do you any favors when there is a Website > Design category, which will benefit your site far more.

If a suitable category does not exist, please suggest one by adding it to the comments field of the submission form.

Write A Good Descriptive Title And Description

Carefully write a good quality title and description. Like your website, your title and description must be written in the English language.

The title is the correct title of your business or website. For instance, if your company is called DreamHost Web Company Ltd, your correct title is "DreamHost Web Company", not "Hosting Service".

Try to make the description a fair, unbiased one that accurately describes your website.

Use proper sentence structure, and correct capitalization and spelling.

Don't use fancy ASCII characters in your title or description.
Don't stuff your title and description with keywords - they will either be deleted, or your submission will be rejected.
Check your submission to ensure that characters have not been cut off the end because of size restrictions.
